Shipments
All orders are shipped by national express courier, when ordering if more couriers are available for the area concerned, you can choose the desired courier. For each courier it is clearly specified the cost of shipping that will be added to the total order, for all of Italy shipping will be free for orders over € 99 while for other countries shipping will be free for orders over € 199.
Times
All orders are processed and delivered in Italy in about 2/3 days from receipt of the order, for other countries from 3 to 7 working days, in some cases delivery may be delayed for a maximum of 7 days.
In the event of such a delay, Toofastorigin.com customer support will immediately notify the customer, offering the possibility to wait or cancel the order and receive a refund for the full amount paid.
Insured shipments
All shipments are insured directly by Toofastorigin.com, in case of loss of the product Toofastorigin.com will ship a new order or cancel and refund it, subject to agreement with the customer.
